Cajun Potato Gems
Much more fun than your regular French fries! These spicy potato "gems" look impressive on a plate, but are so easy to do. Play with the shapes (triangles, diamonds or long, fat steak fries.), but make them all the same size since you want them to cook evenly. The spices add the Louisiana kick.
