Combine all ingredients in a Medium Ziploc® Zip 'n Steam® Bag.

Seal bag and shake gently to distribute ingredients. Place bag in microwave.

Microwave on full power for 2 1/2 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender. If needed, microwave for additional 30-second intervals until vegetables reach desired tenderness.

Allow bag to stand for 1 minute before handling. Carefully open bag. Season to taste with salt and pepper and serve.
