  • 1 large Idaho potato, peeled and cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 large sweet potato, peeled and cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 3/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/16 teaspoon cayenne pepper

  • 1.

    Combine all ingredients in a Medium Ziploc® Zip 'n Steam® Bag.

  • 2.

    Seal bag and shake gently to distribute seasonings. Place bag in microwave.

  • 3.

    Cook on full power for 8 1/2 minutes or until all potatoes are fork tender.

  • 4.

    Allow bag to stand 1 minute before handling. Carefully open bag and serve.
