Combine the chicken, onions, green peppers, olive oil, salt, cumin and chili powder in a Medium Ziploc® Zip 'n Steam® Bag.

Seal bag and shake gently to distribute seasonings. Place bag in microwave

Cook on full power for 6 1/2 to 7 minutes or until chicken is cooked through, with no trace of pink. If needed, continue microwaving at 30-second intervals or more until chicken is done.

Allow bag to stand 1 minute before handling. Carefully open bag and pour out contents. Serve with tortillas and desired toppings such as sour cream, shredded cheese, and salsa.
