Combine the pears, raspberries, heavy cream, sugar, vanilla, cornstarch and salt in a Medium Ziploc® Zip'n Steam® Bag.

Seal bag and shake gently to combine ingredients. Pat pears into single layer. Place bag in microwave.

Cook on full power for 5 minutes for crisp-tender pears, or until pears reach desired level of softness.

Allow bag to stand for 1 minute before handling. Gently squeeze bag to smooth out raspberry cream sauce and carefully open.

Garnish with whole raspberries and serve with vanilla ice cream, if desired.
