Combine the pears, raspberries, granulated sugar, cornstarch, ground cinnamon and ground cardamom in a Medium Ziploc® Zip'n Steam® Bag.

Seal bag and shake gently to combine ingredients. Pat ingredients into single layer. Place bag in microwave.

Microwave on full power for 3 to 4 minutes or until pears are fork-tender.

Allow bag to stand for 1 minute before handling. Carefully open bag and serve.

Garnish as desired with 1 tablespoon toasted coconut. To toast coconut, microwave in a microwave-safe bowl at 30-second intervals until coconut is golden brown, lightly re-arranging coconut with a fork in between microwave cooking intervals to ensure even browning.
