Prepare Watermelon-Pineapple Salsa in medium bowl. Set aside.

In small bowl combine ingredients for spice rub.

Spread spice rub on top and bottom of 2 boneless loin pork chops, about 3/4 inch thick (6 to 7 ounces each).

Put prepared pork chops in Medium Ziploc® brand Zip 'n Steam® bag. Seal bag and place in microwave.

Cook on full power for 5 to 6 minutes or until pork is cooked through. If needed, continue microwaving at 30-second intervals until pork is done.

Allow bag to stand 1 minute before handling. Carefully open bag and remove pork chops.
7.
Spoon Watermelon-Pineapple Salsa onto pork chops and serve.
