Combine in Medium Ziploc® Brand Zip ?n Steam® bag:
? 1 head Savoy (Chinese) cabbage, shredded (about 3 cups)
? 1/2 cup thinly sliced red bell pepper
? 2 scallions, chopped (green and white parts)
? 2 teaspoons reduced-sodium soy sauce
? 2 teaspoons toasted sesame oil
? Pinch salt
? Pinch crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

Seal bag and shake gently to combine ingredients. Pat ingredients into single layer. Place bag in microwave.

Microwave on full power for 3 minutes or until cabbage is tender.

Allow bag to stand for 1 minute before handling. Carefully open bag and serve.

Garnish as desired with 1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds.
