Brining the Thanksgiving turkey

“This year everyone is talking about brining the Thanksgiving turkey. The instructions say to "soak the turkey in a clean 5 gallon bucket". Once the turkey is in the bucket, where am I going to put it to keep the turkey cold?? I live in Hawaii! A co-worker told me she uses her beach cooler. OK, now we're getting somewhere. I use a Ziploc Big Bag to soak the turkey and covered it with a 20 pound bag of ice. Perfect!! I could easily turn the turkey to make sure all sides were evenly soaked... The turkey was great! Thanks for making a product big enough to hold a 21 lb turkey with 2 gallons of brine. Happy Thanksgiving!”

Baking Artisan Bread Baking Artisan bread is a hobby but Proofing the dough was a sticky problem-until I found if I spray no-stick cooking spray to the inside of a Big Bag and place my bread inside I have a proofing cover and it even holds a raised rack so you can proof more than one type of bread at a time. You can get more than one use by storing the bag in the freezer till you bake again.
