Organized Christmas ornaments I love Ziploc containers!!! Organized greeting cards I have long used the quart size Freezer Bags to sort and store greeting cards: Birthday, Halloween, Easter Etc. Christmas lights without the tangles Today I was taking down our christmas decorations. I always have a challenge with storing the lights because of them getting tangled and broken when I thought of storing each strand in its own gallon bag. To my surprise each strand fit perfectly and also made organizing each storage box very easy. I liked how well the lights were stored I also put each strand of garland in their own bag. Ready-to-heat mashed potatoes For the Holidays, I make my mashed potatoes in advance and put them in a Ziploc Bag. I fill them up just enough so they lie flat when filled up with the potates. Do not over-fill or they will not heat evenly. Then we we are ready to dinner, I place them on a microwave-safe dish and heat them up in the micro. This saves a lot of time, and they are just as good, if not better. Christmas lights without the tangles
