Organized jewelry
Jewelry Storage: I collect a lot of costume jewelry and I needed a way to keep them clean, color coded and categorized. Being able to see through the bags is great because I can keep my sets and individual pieces organized very easily.

Organized nails
I use the sandwich sized bags to store small lots of nails. I punch a hole in the left top of a bag and then hang it on a peg on a pegboard. The nails are then visible, accessible, and remain rust-free. No more tin can scramble to find the right nail for the job. Ziploc saves the day!

Organized kids' outfits
I have 3 small children so sorting laundry is a hassle, much less getting ready in the morning. I've started putting 1 complete outfit in a gallon size Ziploc and it's made my mornings so much easier. I pick out their bag and it's got everything from socks to underwear in it. I then give these clothes to the kids. It makes everything a snap....or should I say I Zip through the morning?

Keeping the sand out
My niece has been deployed to Iraq and she is using them to keep things such as her IPod. It helps keep the dust and sand from getting into her electronic items. And in such a tight spot they help keep her small belongings organized.

Protecting precious memories
I use Ziploc Bags to store some genealogy that I don't want to get destroyed. Pictures, hand written family recipies, family stories, deed, birth and death certificates and marriage licenses, War pensions, and some other legal documents. I even use some of them to house WWII medals of my grandfathers, and other precious things.

Keeping puzzles organized
I use the Ziploc Storage Bags for puzzles. Cut out the picture from the front of the box and put it inside the bag along with the puzzle pieces. The cardboard boxes never last very long and they take up so much room. This is an easy way to keep all the pieces together.

I like to carry recent photos in my purse to show friends. Rather than a bulky photo album, I put them in Ziploc Bags which also allows me to have 2 photos (one on each side)for quick viewing. The photos are protected, also.

Organized power cords
Have any power cords you are not using? Neatly roll them up and place it in it's own bag, and label it with the item it goes to. That way it doesn't get tangled with other cords and you know what it goes with.
