Stem-free grapes
I wash grapes and pick them off the stem so that my children choose them for an easy snack, however I also place a piece of paper towel in the bag with them. They last a long time this way. It also works with tossed salads for a quick meal without the fuss of chopping veggies every time.

Vacuum sealing strawberries and more
I wanted to use a Vacuum Freezer System since I was tired of the mess and hassle of the sucking-with-a-straw system. But the cost was so prohibitive! I found the Ziploc Vacuum Freezer system and was glad to fork over the four bucks. What a simple, convenient product! I just LOVE it. I've put up strawberries and breads and use the bags for block cheese storage in the fridge. I'll carry them with me to the beach and on outings to carry wet clothes!

Tasty peaches
Instead of using jars to freeze peaches I use my Ziploc Bags. I wash and peel the peaches. Next cut and place in zip loc bags with sugar and fresh fruit. The taste is great! and the savings you have is unbeatable.
