Squishy fun with colors
I use the quart and gallon storage bags for an easy sensory/art project for toddlers and preschoolers. Put shaving cream and different colors of food coloring in a bag and seal it. The kids squish it around and watch the colors mix and change. It's a great way to teach colors & have fun without getting messy hands!

Easy quilting
When I cut out a quilt top, I use the bags to keep all the different size pieces organized. I label the bag with the sizes inside the bag. When I need a certain size I don't have to go through all of the pieces, just pull out the proper bag and the piece I need to make my quilt block. It's really great to have these for classes where precutting the pieces is required, it works much better than pinning labels with the size to each stack of pieces.

Protected sewing patterns
I use the gallon bags for sewing patterns that I have opened and used. The patterns are hard to refold to the original size. Just put the pattern envelope in the bag face up and put the pattern pieces and notes about the notions you used and seal it. They stay together and the pattern pieces don't get ripped, torn or worn.

Beautiful deviled-eggs
When I am asked to bring a dish I always want to bring deviled eggs but they are hard to transport because they move on the plate and create a mess. I now travel with the stuffing for the egg white in a Ziploc Bag. When I reach my destination I snip the corner of the bag and decorate the egg whites and end up with beautiful stuffed deviled eggs.

Food for the fish
When my husband and I went snorkeling on a Caribbean cruise, we used Ziploc Bags to feed the fish! At breakfast we snatched a few rolls from the buffet and sealed them up in the Ziploc sandwich size bags. Once in the water we were able to keep the rolls from getting wet and mushy until we were ready to attract and feed the fish. There were thousands of them - all hungry for fresh bread, thanks to Ziploc!

Getting to the bottom of flour
I hate when I use my canister for flour and sugar etc.. and the scoop cannot get the last bit to use up when baking/cooking. I use the gallon size and quart size as a liner in my canisters and now when I want to et the las bit I can just pull the Ziploc Bag out and pour into measuring cup. This also helps keep the critters out by zipping up the bags in the canister.

Storing paint brushes and rollers
Ziploc Bags are perfect for me when I am painting. The large ones are great for sealing up a paint roller in between coats instead of washing it or using a new one. I hate washing rollers and will not throw one away. This also works with paint brushes. I usually store them in the refrigerator after sealing in the ziplock.
